What is lucidRESUME?
lucidRESUME is my open-source research project for creating résumés from a complete, evidence-backed career record. A short résumé loses context every time it is rewritten for a vacancy. lucidRESUME keeps the fuller record and compiles a focused view for the role.
Its JobML format connects professional claims to supporting evidence: roles, projects, publications and public work. The compiler selects supported material for a job description and exports conventional Word and PDF documents. The aim is useful tailoring that stays faithful to the person's experience.
It is an experiment in evidence-backed documents, local AI, retrieval and inspectable decisions. It remains a research project under active development.
